First Radio Interview

This year my partner and I have experienced allot of firsts, and its been like a roller coaster ride. Last night we had our first radio interview on WVON 1690am with Chef Clif Rome and his boot camp buddy Shanah. We had the chance to expose a whole new crowd to Urban Punk and to our personalities. It was a great experience for the both of us and we are excited about what God is going to provide for us next.

Huge thanks goes to our girl Shanah for looking out for us, we really appreciate everything.

Our Urban Punk Babies

Being an Urban Punk is a state of mind. Imagine if we all trained our children to be free thinking positive people. To have an unbreakable faith in themselves and God? Think about who they could be in this world if you completely encouraged all of their interests and exposed them to all the beauty that life has to offer instead of beating them down with negativity. An Urban Punk parent wants the absolute best for their children and they work hard to achieve that. If you are like us, as children we had the opposite; very little support, lack of positive reinforcement, and tons of mental/physical/spiritual negativity all around us. As an adult you have to decide if you are going to recycle that negative mentality or are you going to change your families cards. I challenge all the parents to learn something new every day about your child's personality and to encourage their beauty with positive guidance, I promise you wont regret it. These are our beautiful Urban Punk babies, Fredrick Jones Jr 2yr old he is tremendously strong willed and very focused on what he wants. And Lilyan Jones 7yr old she is very intelligent and out spoken and is always eager to try new things.

Subculture-

Punk-

Urban-
1. "Relating to modern pop music of African-American origin, such as hip-hop."
Urban Punk -
1. An extremely open and expressive person who is determined to positively experience life and all it has to offer without the limitations and distractions of society, "family, and friends".


Who does society define you as? Who do you define yourself as? Now which one is right. If society were to define me it would probably involve words and phrases like bitchy, self-centered, disrespectful, and I'm sure that it would go on and on like that. But who the hell is society anyway? And why does their opinion matter so much. Society tells you what to eat, how to sleep, where to go, what to wear, how to live, WHO TO BE. Are you truly happy being who society wants you to be? How does life feel with all those limitations.

Fallon -
1. A highly out spoken and intelligent women with a fierce drive for great success at life who is unafraid of what outside opinions are, not crushed by others doubt, and not limited by "society".
2. Eager to express myself every chance I get with my voice, fashion , attitude, personality, energy, lifestyle, and faith.

1. A driven hard working and highly motivated man who is also compassionate and excited by the goodness in life.
2. A risk taker who's dedicated to his craft which is inspired by all arts and expressed through his fashion and lifestyle.
